Warranty Policy

DME Auto Service warrants all parts and labor to the legal registered owner, for a period of twelve months or twelve thousand miles, which ever comes first, or unless otherwise stated

ANY WARRANTIES ON ANY PARTS AND/OR ACCESSORIES SOLD HEREBY ARE THOSE MADE BY THE MANUFACTURER. DME AUTO SERVICE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUPOSE AND DME AUTO SERVICE NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THESE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

PRIOR to any repairs, you, the customer, MUST contact DME Auto Service FIRST.

The vehicle must be brought back to DME Auto Service for any warranty repairs unless geographically difficult to do so, at which time, DME Auto Service, at its option, reserves the right to arrange for proper towing.

DME Auto Service will arrange for verification and/or repairs of your vehicle with a qualified repair facility, of the sole choice of DME Auto Service, which will be located, as conveniently as possible, near your physical location where the failure occurred, if outside of the geographic area of DME Auto Service.

If repairs are performed outside of the geographic area of DME Auto Service, it is the customer’s responsibility to return all of the defective components to DME Auto Service.

The warranty repair of the vehicle described is subject to the availability of labor and parts. DME Auto Service is not responsible for the unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments beyond the repair facility’s control.

At the sole discretion of DME Auto Service, any warranty reimbursement will be limited up to the amount of the original service/repair performed by DME Auto Service.

DME Auto Service may, at it’s sole discretion, reimburse the customer for any mailing/shipping expenses that may have been incurred by the customer for the return of the defective components which are covered by this warranty policy.

Although it is unfortunate that a failure may have occurred with your vehicle, DME Auto Service will not be responsible for any towing expenses, diagnostic charges, rental car expenses, lodging expenses, meal expenses, loss of use, loss of earnings, per diem expenses, nor any other expense the customer may incur or claims of any nature whatsoever.

No warranty, neither written, expressed, nor implied will be offered on used parts and labor or customer supplied parts and labor.
